Hurry up - there is a great party in town

Chikh Ibra Fam is one of the most prominent voices in Senegal. In recent years he has recorded and performed with Orechestra Baubab and is now releasing a new album titled "Peace in Africa".

After two lukewarm singles comes "Ayitaria" and just amazes the ear.

Ayitaria in Bambara (one of the 39 languages spoken in Senegal) means “Come quickly to an event not to be missed” - it's amazing that there's one word that can contain so many sensations and it's even more striking when you listen to the song and realize that Ibra Fam's party is not to be missed.

The one accompanying Ibrahim in song is no other than Chikh Lo, a talented musician in his own right and together they perform one of the most bouncy songs I've heard in a while.
